Therefore WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!

Items listed in our Etsy-shop can be returned as stated in or Return Policy on Etsy.
When buying ready-to-ship items, please note that colors may vary due to camera and monitor settings. We do our best to take accurate photos, but in case you’re unsure about the color, please contact us before buying.
If you’re not satisfied with your product or our service, please contact us. We’re happy to find a solution to solve the issue!
We do our best to manufacture items as perfect as possible. Nevertheless, minor flaws and faults may occur, especially during handcrafting processes and with natural materials like e.g. real leather or silk. Those are normal and no reason for a refund or discount.
Even if items are well-packed for shipping, damages may occur in the shipping process. If your parcel is delivered in a damaged status, please take pictures of the damaged parcel and item and provide them to us via e-mail to email@example.com. We’ll assess the reason of the damage and check refund options.
